Hi Tianna, thank you for rating Master AutoTech with 5 stars! We value your support and appreciate your business.
A shop that cares about the customer, I went there with a car for my daughter, I wanted things that most people would not want to spend on a 34 year old car, it wasn't a problem and they didn't see a big payday, they saw a dad that wanted to make sure this car was as safe as possible for his daughter. I wanted some pretty expensive work done, it would have been easy for them just to do the work but instead they checked, they tested and when they were happy they called me to let me know that work didn't need done. They also noticed things that was important safely items and called me about that. This will be my go to shop for any automotive needs I may have for any of my vehicles, they do it all basic things to keep you on the road, they can also rebuild your engine and all major work you may need. Friendly staff ( this is a nice change of pace ), very helpful and understanding. A big thank you to everyone at this shop!
In late Summer 2023, I went to Master Autotech in Tooele to get my 2001 Buick diagnosed after several DIY attempts to repair a jumping and rough-running engine. In less than an hour, I was told the cylinder head gaskets and motor mounts needed to be replaced, and that the spark plug cable for one cylinder had partially melted against the exhaust. The projected cost was not bad, but was out of my budget. I took that job on as a DIY project. It took months and investing in some tools. When I turned the car on, the car sounded and ran flawlessly. My sincere thanks and appreciation for the support from staff at Master Autotech in Tooele. I’d recommend this location and staff to anyone seeking quality auto mechanic services and reasonable pricing.
We're thrilled to hear your DIY project was a success and appreciate your kind words and recommendation. Thank you for trusting Master AutoTech in Tooele with your diagnosis; we're here for you anytime you need us!
