We had a sump pump issue during a warm up after 3 feet of snow, and Don was the only one who could come out in a timely manner. He was friendly and efficient. He quickly fixed the problem saved the basement from flooding. He reluctantly drove on the terrible roads to get here, and I am so grateful for him.

Absolute theif. Charged 266 and fixed nothing at all. Left us without heat and zero pressure in the boiler system.
I woke up today to water on my floor. I looked up and saw a bubble in my ceiling. I called a couple places. McCann was able to make it here, on Saturday. He was quick to assess and really went out of his way to help me get the leak stopped and the faulty piping repaired. I would recommend him In a minute. Stand up company and charged a very fair price.

Don McCann expertly diagnosed the leak under out water heater as pin hole corrosion in copper hot water line. He neatly and quickly repaired the damaged copper line and solved our mysterious leak. He was on time for the appointment and completed the job in an hour. Excellent work.
