I most highly recommend this business. Ali is an incredible example of a quality human being. My daughter moved to Las Vegas from a small Midwest town. Mischief started around her home immediately. I do not trust strangers around my precious girl, especially in a big city, but Ali immediately made me feel as if my daughter was in good hands. He was so patient with me as I weighed different security options, and he genuinely offered suggestion with our best interest in mind, instead of trying to upsell me. He personally showed up for installation when he didn’t have to so that I would have peace of mind. When there was difficulty with the installation, he worked relentlessly to solve the problem, even though it was well past regular business hours and on the weekend. I am deeply grateful to his family for their sacrifice of time. Throughout the entire process, Ali let us have the privilege of getting to know him as a person and develop trust, which quelled all the fears I have as a paranoid mom. When you are a stranger in a strange land, it means so much that my daughter has someone like Ali to have her back.

After having a break in at our rental unit (which is a gated community) I decided it was smart to install an alarm system in our new home (NOT a gated community). I am a member of BNI and I always look for other BNI members to do business with and that's how I initially found Ali Monem. I talked with three alarm specialists and decided to work with Ali and I'm so happy with my decision! Ali has always provided above and beyond service, is very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and courteous. He helped us make the best decisions and the peace of mind that my husband and I have is priceless.
