Brian/Bryan is one of the nicest guys out there. My family has been coming to this location for 10+ years. They always help us out and do quality work.

Initial experience - a frickin mazing. After being quoted several thousand for a repair by the dealer, took my car here for a second opinion. They found and fixed the issue for a couple hundred bucks and made the effort to recognize as an older car that maybe I didnt want to replace parts.
Do not fall into this trap, especially if you are a female needing your car repaired. They over promise, they smile at you and tell you they are going to give you a great deal and then they overcharge you by over $100.. Brian is especially sneaky. He tried to bond with me over being a single dad because I’m a single mom. It’s a game for him to pretend to be doing you a great favour, and then you get the bill. I only needed three tires changed. They ended up changing four tires of mine and adding on additional fees from what was quoted. Very sneaky and disrespectful. Beware!

The Gentlemen, in the service bays Truly all this stuff. They always get the job done on time. They are neat and take pride in their work. I’m dealing with ADHD. At the age of 73 and I can tell you that that makes the amount of care that modern tire puts Into Their everyday presentation is very easy for somebody such as me to navigate. I so glad to have modern tire as my repair center.

I’d recommend that anyone who is a non-native English speaker or has hearing difficulties avoid this place. The moment I politely asked the person who answered the phone to repeat himself, his tone changed and he seemed to lose patience. Unfortunately, with my inadequate communication capability, I had to politely ask him to repeat another sentence because he was speaking so unclearly. After the second time, his attitude became even worse. I ended the disastrous conversation because whatever that was, I wouldn’t call it service. So no, I didn’t get the chance, and won’t be experiencing, their seemingly excellent car service. I’m just glad I stopped before things got worse.
