Google reviewers rate More Than Closets highly, praising the company for professional communication, punctual installation, and effective space maximization in custom closet and cabinet projects. Customers frequently note that the design process is responsive and that the final products meet specific functional needs within budget. However, a small number of low-star reviews criticize the pricing, alleging that costs are significantly higher than expected for imported materials.

Chris and team were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Very quick and seamless process from design to installation. I couldn't be happier- even left some treats for our dog. Will definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you!
Save yourself time and don’t shop here. They basically over charge you by 100-400% for the cost of panels made in China. They are insane with their prices.

Hello Ivy! Our product is actually manufactured in Michigan right here in the USA! Also, we provide personal, professional design for your space as well as installation from our professional, full time install team. I'd be very interested to know who you spoke with on our team, as I cannot find a quote anywhere with your name in our files.
We recently used More Than Closets to customize our primary closet. Tricia came up with a fantastic design that maximized our space and incorporated our entire wishlist. Chris and his install team did excellent work in a timely fashion. Our closet is now one of my favorite and most functional spaces in our home. We were so pleased that we used them again to customize a closet for our daughter and she also loved the end result. This was money well spent! We would not hesitate to use More Than Closets again and will confidently recommend them to anyone looking for organizational solutions! Thank you so much to Tricia, Chris, and the More Than Closets team! We appreciate your work so much!

Called "More Than Closets" and got a prompt reply. After sending them measurements, I received several options to choose from. They were helpful in making my selection for accessories and layout. Frankly I was shocked at how reasonable the cost and install were. My wife and I are very happy with our new closet!!
