Highly recommend Mustang Movers! They did a great job handling my move from beginning to end. They are professional and handled my belongings with care. Also, I really appreciated the excellent communication before and during the move. Finally they have fair and honest pricing.
They had their work cut out for them on our move. Took a team of 7-8 two days, and they worked very hard. So many heavy items but they got it done and even our requests to move some things around in the new house when we changed our mind on placement. Would definitely go with them again... if they wanted to accept that much of a move again lol

Tay's team was fantastic! Efficient, cared about my items, and didn't mind my dog giving his opinion from his kennel. Got it done within 2.5 hours on a misty Saturday. Great personality and professionalism, I would recommend this company to anyone who is moving & needs it done fast but still maintaining care for items/the home.

I hired Mustang Movers to move my furniture from my home in Greensboro, NC, to my new home in Charlotte, NC, on August 26, 2026. When I initially spoke with the representative, I provided a detailed list of my belongings. I was told that all of the items listed would be moved to the destination. The moving crew arrived with a small truck and minimal moving equipment and blankets. They initially told me that a few of my furniture would not fit in the truck and that they would need to come back another day to move them and I agreed. Then they called their boss and decided to force and tightly pack the furniture into the truck without properly wrapping and protecting it with the blankets. As a result, a significant number of my furniture were damaged/ every piece. They also damaged my hardwood floor. In addition to moving fee, I paid $250 per company’s policy to cover for any damages to my belonging. I have attempted to contact Mustang Movers many many times and have left messages and emails, but no one has responded. This was back in August and today is October 21st. Nothing has been done to fix this issue yet. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering the extent of the damage to my belongings and my home. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIRING MUSTANG MOVERS TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU WANT EVERY PIECE OF YOUR FURNITURE DAMAGED AND FOR THEM TO STEAL YOUR INSURANCE MONEY WHICH IS SUPPOSE TO COVER THE DAMAGES THEY CAUSE TO YOUR BELONGING. The crew that helped us was Ryan's and they were phenomenal and had great sense of humors lol My husband and I were laughing a lot from their conversations. They were also very professional as well. Ryan dissembled our bed frame and our Tonal home gym with delicacy. The furnitures were wrapped with plastic and handles with extra care. We couldn't recommend them enough!!!

I wanted to update my original review now that Mustang Moving has followed through on resolving my concerns. I hired Mustang for our move from North Carolina to South Carolina. Their pricing was very competitive, the moving crew worked hard, and the overall moving experience was positive. Unfortunately, some damage occurred during the move, and the follow-up process took longer than I felt it should have. However, after discussing my concerns with Eric, he took responsibility for the delay, acknowledged the importance of resolving the matter fairly, and committed to making things right. I'm pleased to report that Mustang honored that commitment, and I have received the agreed-upon settlement. I believe how a business handles problems says just as much about its character as how it performs when everything goes smoothly. Mistakes happen. What matters is accountability, integrity, and following through on your word. Eric demonstrated those qualities in resolving this matter, and I appreciate his professionalism and willingness to do the right thing.
