had an excellent experience working with my Nick. From start to finish, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, technical knowledge, and attention to detail. He took the time to thoroughly inspect every aspect of the condo, explaining everything clearly and answering all of my questions. The report was very detailed, easy to navigate, and delivered within 24 hours. His knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structure was impressive. What really sets him apart is his commitment to his clients, even after the inspection. When I later called to ask about potential repair costs, he took the time to discuss realistic estimates and help me understand the scope of the work. That level of service and ongoing support was truly valuable. If you want an inspector who is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping his clients, I highly recommend him.
