Customers frequently praise the company for its punctuality, thorough treatment of pests like ants and bees, and clear communication regarding procedures and costs. The owner actively manages feedback, replying to the majority of reviews to address concerns. However, a few low-star reviews highlight issues with missed appointments, unprofessional phone interactions, and confusion over billing practices before service completion.
