Dr Chapman and Staff were able to fit my emergency case in as soon as I arrived. Three other practices I called on my way in from the country would not take my emergency case but North Paw did. I am very grateful as my dog ate an avacado. which is poisonous to dogs. Dr Chapman induced vomiting and my dog is fine now!

I've been a client of this practice for over 30 years, and have ALWAYS been pleased. Great care, generally efficient practice. They take excellent care of my three cats.
We've had several recent appointments for both dogs with NorthPaw recently - an annual checkup with Dr. Chapman for our younger complex dog, and for our elderly NON-complex dog a Quality of Life appointment with Dr. McMillan. When I went to the appointment, it was a zoo. There was not a veterinarian there in my entire visit was from the waiting room.
Someone came out took the dog to the back gave her her booster. I’m assuming and took blood. I was charged for a wellness exam which I didn’t authorize and spoke to somebody on the phone about an adjustment and today has been a week and I’ve never heard back. I’ve been going there for years, but decided to change vets because I’m not comfortable with him anymore..
They’re definitely having some issues they need to work out, but the staff is always wonderful
