Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish — and Beyond! Our experience with Oak Wells Aquatics has exceeded our expectations in just about every way. From the initial low pressure sales experience with Jason, relatively painless and easy going construction process with Dylan and ultimately the knowledgeable and patient pool school we attended with Amy, Oak Wells demonstrated a genuine commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, the ongoing support we’ve had afterward has been very impressive. One thing that really sets Oak Wells apart is their approach to construction. They genuinely overbuild their pools, to ensure a strong, durable finished product that will last a lifetime. They don’t cut corners or skimp on materials, and that commitment to quality is evident throughout the construction process. Their attention to detail and quality control is equally impressive. During construction, they would not sign off on the finished product until everything was perfect. Rather than settling for something that was simply good enough, they made sure it met their standards. That level of pride in workmanship really stood out to me. Building a pool is an enormous investment, and while the end result is obviously important, I believe how a company stands behind its work after construction is equally significant. That’s where Oak Wells has really impressed me. Like any major construction project involving multiple mechanical systems, we’ve experienced a handful of minor issues since completion (primarily due to lightning storm and unrelated to the build). What stands out is the approach Oak Wells took in handling them. They’ve been responsive, honored their warranty commitments and worked diligently to make things right. Most recently, we experienced a particularly frustrating and difficult-to-diagnose issue with our pool’s water feature. Dylan, who is extremely knowledgeable and an all-around great guy, made multiple trips and collectively spent many hours troubleshooting the system until he identified and corrected the underlying problem. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and what needed to be corrected, which I genuinely appreciated. That level of persistence, professionalism, and accountability says a lot about a company. Ultimately, anyone can promise a beautiful finished pool, but it’s the quality of construction, attention to detail and level of customer service after the project is complete that truly separate a good company from a great one. We’re extremely happy with our pool and, just as importantly, confident that we chose a company that stands behind its work. Five stars across the board. I would absolutely recommend Oak Wells Aquatics to anyone considering building a pool!

If you don't know anything about taking care of a pool, you need to go with Oak Wells Aquatics. They built our inground pool last year in 2025, and from start to finish, they made the entire process easy to understand by explaining every step along the way. They gave us everything we asked for, and the final result is top notch, from the pool itself to the quality of the pavers. What really sets them apart is their customer service and support after the build: * Pool School: They took the time to conduct "pool school" and personally taught me how to properly manage and maintain the pool. * Warranty & Support: When our pump started making a weird sound, they immediately coordinated with the manufacturer to ensure the issue was covered under warranty without any hassle. We've had the pool for two seasons now, and it has easily been the best investment we've made. While our power bill is higher now, that is completely expected when owning a pool. I highly recommend Oak Wells Aquatics to anyone considering an inground pool build, they do excellent work!

This was an extensive job that required a great deal of time and patience. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and did phenomenal work. Drake was wonderful throughout the entire process. He explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and kept us informed every step of the way. My family and I could not be any happier with the pool and just transformation of our backyard. The communication throughout the process from Danielle and Dylan was much more than I expected. They made sure to explain not only the current stage and what was happening but also what to expect next. We are very excited to start swimming and creating memories with our children. My wife and I had Oakwells Aquatics build our pool and outdoor kitchen in 2020 and we absolutely love it. They built the pool, installed the kitchen, installed pavers and screened the whole thing in. We use the kitchen all the time. We have not had any issues with the build at all. The pool is a salt water pool and I hardly ever have to do anything to it. I get my water tested often and it is always okay. If you are on the fence about getting a salt water pool, get one. Like I said, we have had the pool going on 6 years now and have had zero issues.

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish with this pool company, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. What began as a full demolition of an old pool turned into an absolute backyard paradise—but this project was about far more than just a renovation. We initially contacted them the day after a major hurricane hit Florida, when we experienced a serious issue known as a pool pop. Despite the circumstances, they responded immediately and came out right away. Not only did they repair the pool, but they went a step further by identifying the root cause of why it happened in the first place. From there, they led the project end-to-end — from design through completion — ensuring proper drainage throughout our yard so this would never happen again. That level of ownership and expertise truly set them apart. From day one, John, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. As first-timers navigating a complex and stressful situation, we deeply appreciated how he walked us through options, pricing, and what we actually needed versus what we didn’t. He helped set clear expectations, explained the process thoroughly, and guided us through the entire timeline, which made everything feel far more manageable. Once construction began, Ben became our main on-site contact, and he was exceptional. He was always pleasant, extremely responsive, and proactive with communication. He consistently kept us informed on what stage the project was in, what was coming next, and made himself readily available whenever we had questions. We spoke frequently, and he was always open, transparent, and went above and beyond to make sure we understood exactly what was happening at every step. Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The quality of work, professionalism, communication, and care were truly top-notch. We are absolutely in love with our new backyard and are so grateful for how they handled both the urgency and complexity of this project.
