Brian was able to quickly diagnose why the water dispenser in my GE refrigerator was no longer working. He fixed the multiple sources of the leak, then double and triple checked that the dispenser was working (appreciate that level of quality control!). He was prompt, courteous, and neat. Good communication throughout and has the easy-going, down-to-earth quality of his Big Island birthplace. Honest about his pricing and charged me fairly for the project. Would definitely hire again.
