I purchased the springs for $50 from Amazon and installed them myself in 2 1/2 hours. I guess these companies are not a service Company anymore. They just find ways to try and sell you more stuff. It’s really a shame.

Five stars may be the highest rating available, but I would gladly give them ten! What a difference it makes to work with a company truly dedicated to service. The personal attention was far beyond what we’ve experienced with the big box stores. Over the years, we’ve dealt with many service companies, and they simply can’t hold a candle to Precision.
Thank you to John and everyone involved. If we ever need garage door service again, Precision will be at the top of our list!

John was the technician to repair our garage doors. He does excellent work and has a very pleasant and friendly demeanor. He is thorough, explains the issue clearly, and takes pride in doing the job correctly. He tells you the pricing up front.
