Didn't get any work done, but Travis spent at least 15 minutes researching a Check Engine condition my vehicle was experiencing. He said he wanted to give me the most accurate information possible, and I appreciated that as I had a 1300-mile trip home. High marks.
Travis is awesome. Had himself a bit of a challenge with my vehicle and he got fixed right up. And very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

They were very friendly and very fast and thuroll. He explained to me what was wrong and fixed my light for me even though that wasn't apart of the estimate I had…

We took my Father- in- laws truck in to be looked at. They found the problem and solved it. All was well and we sold the truck in a matter of days.

Thanks Don, I always try to do what ever I can even from the office to try and help make important decisions. Even though I didn't have the schedule time to look at your vehicle, I didn't want to risk you being broken down on the road. My parents had come up for the weekend and when they went to leave their truck sounded quite terrible. Professional Automotive was recommended by a friend and I gave them a call to inquire about getting the truck looked at. Travis was extremely competent, honest, and willing to be upfront about how long it might take to get the vehicle looked at. I called on a Monday and he had said they could not get it in until next Wednesday, but if I wanted to drop it off and leave it that they would attempt to service it when they had downtime. Since I was able to drop it off and leave it, they were able to look at the truck that week on Thursday, gave me a call before they closed with information on what was wrong and then gave me an estimate on cost. When I told them to go ahead with the repairs they were able to repair the truck on Friday and I had keys in hand by Fridag afternoon! He was able to take my parents payment over the phone and his estimate on repairs was SPOT ON. Extremely happy with their service, flexibility, honesty, and expertise. Highly recommend.
