Michael did an awesome job! I spoke with him the day before to explain the water pump and loss of pressure issue. He explained possible solutions and the likely difficulties that could present with each. Michael and Seth arrived early and called to let me know he was going to get started. I arrived about 20 minutes later. Michael had already figured out the possible problem! A small brass fittings that was clogged and severely cracked. About 30 minutes later the problem was solved. A month ago another reputable plumbing company evaluated this same problem. Their guy spent a few hours resetting the water system, watching it cycle, searching for solutions with AI. He replaced a switch, but the problem remained. He said he was stumped and asked I call him when I got it fixed to give him the answer he could not figure out. Like I said previously, Michael with Providence Plumbing had it fixed in no time. I highly recommend these guys for your plumbing issues!
