BEWARE*** after an accident, my car ended up needing an alignment and suspension service - R&R put back on one time use nuts and bolts leaving me needing around 3000 in repair(torn boots, bent axle and tierod). They could have killed my family with their carelessness. These parts they reused are ONLY EVER one time use parts.
I just want to say Thank you to James and his team being a small business owner and being able to call on them in a time of need for a 10 year old girl fighting cancer and the family needs to get to Utah for cancer treatment. I called to see if they could help and of course they went above and beyond to help and…
After having a few bad experiences locally I was happy to find these guys. Very fair pricing and the total was less than the estimate. Rare to find mechanics who are honest, but I think these guys are!
My favorite front end, steering, shocks ,breaks, suspension etc....shop in Boise area. Super honest guys that stand by their work and don't sell you things you don't need I run my whole Fleet through R&R as well as my personal vehicles. Thanks James and team!
this team went above and beyond to fix the alignment on my Honda pilot as well as temporarily fix my struts until I can find the money to replace them. I highly recommend going to them. They’re honest and work hard for the customer. Would definitely go back for any issues regarding alignment and wheels.

James was professional, honest, and genuinely wanted to help. That kind of integrity says a lot about the way they run their business. If you need tire or wheel service, I highly recommend R & R Wheel & Tire Service. They've definitely earned my business, and I'll be back the next time I need anything tire or wheel related.
Brought my vehicle in for service and had a fairly decent experience. The staff were professional and explained what they found, which I appreciated. The work seemed to be done properly, although the turnaround took a bit longer than I expected. Pricing felt reasonable for the service provided, and the shop was busy when I stopped by. Nothing really stood out one way or the other, but they got the job done and my vehicle drove better afterward.
Finally got my car driving straight and my steering wheel aligned after another shop couldn't. Price was good and it drives great now! Thank you so much.
