I’ve leased from them a few years now and no issues or concerns. The owner of the property I lease is a nice guy and the maintenance guys are awesome. The office personnel is nice anytime I’ve had contact with them as well so a BIG 👍 to them ALL.

I emailed Reed & Associates Tuesday evening around 5:00 pm because I got a call from my son telling me the a/c was blowing hot air and it was 91 degrees in the house. Reed & Associates immediately put a work order in to there maintenance people right away and fortunately they came out about 7:30 pm that same night…
