Michael was great! He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained parts of the unit in a way that I could understand and carried out the servicing in no time. I’d highly recommend Rock Solid and specifically, Michael, to anyone in need!

The floor heat stopped working a couple of hours later. I emailed Rock Solid using their website, heard no response for several days.
So I found a replacement online that will probably work and I’ll replace it myself.
Basically I paid $156 for absolutely nothing.

Had my winter check for my furnace with Michael and Dakota. When Dakota called to let me know they were on their way, I learned Anchorage Plumbing & Heating had been acquired by Rock Solid Plumbing & Heating. Michael and Dakota were very thorough, explained everything and answered all of my questions. I appreciated that they honored the special form Anchorage Plumbing & Heating for $125.00. Ultimately, I paid $16.99 to sign a 1 year service agreement and saved $83.00 by paying $16.99 a month to cover next year's winter check. Great service and appreciate the ability to pay over the next 12 months for next year. Thank you Michael and Dakota!
