Customers frequently praise the company for punctual, thorough, and professional pest removal services, noting that staff members are knowledgeable and communicate clearly about procedures. Positive feedback highlights flexible scheduling, reasonable pricing for standard treatments, and a helpful, non-judgmental approach to customer concerns. However, lower-rated reviews cite significant issues with customer service responsiveness, specifically regarding same-day availability and online chat interactions. Additional criticisms include disputes over pricing changes based on inaccurate property data, ineffective treatments for ants and rodents, and allegations of billing for unverified work.
