Chad knocked it out of the park on his services for my 3rd party pre-drywall solicitation. I am from the Construction side of things but needed another set of eyes to affirm what I 'd been experiencing in my new build endeavor. He is thorough, professional and full of expertise and wisdom. Had to reschedule inspection 4 times due to power not being turned on in home, Nathan was still flexible and did an amazing job! Many things that would have gone unnoticed was pointed and so that my new home can truly feel new!
