Customers frequently cite the company's punctuality, professional communication, and affordable pricing as key positives, noting that staff often arrive early and provide thorough cleaning results for carpets and upholstery. Recurring themes include friendly, knowledgeable service and the ability to remove difficult stains or restore worn fibers. However, lower-rated reviews indicate that the portable equipment used may fail to provide deep cleaning for certain rug types, and some clients reported issues with no-shows or unexpected price increases.
