Customers report that Sooner State Home Improvements handles window, door, and siding projects with punctuality, thorough cleanup, and competitive pricing compared to larger retailers. Reviews frequently highlight the company's responsive communication, professional installation quality, and the owner’s active involvement in inspections and customer service. However, low-star feedback cites instances of missed appointments without notice and dissatisfaction with post-installation issues, such as window condensation and specific insurance estimate practices.

They also replaced some metal brick molding fascia on our house that had been damaged in a storm and they did a good job of matching what was already there. And they installed a new entry door on our back porch, which looks fantastic.
