I scheduled a power wash for the whole house and a window clean and they forgot about the power wash. Some of my windows were not cleaned. Very good but most of them were and the 2 men that came to clean the windows. We're very pleasant. This was my first time using them. It was not their fault that the quote and the schedule was not done right.

Great job and helpful with a difficult cleaning project, squeaky clean is the best!
Gary Smock did an outstanding job as usual. He’s been cleaning my gutters and blowing off my roof for at least five years. He is qualified to walk on my stone-coated steel shingles.

Thank you Mary for sharing your experience. We apologize if some windows had been missed or are not clean to your expectations. We do guarantee our services for 7 days and if you had given us a call we would had made those windows sparkle. As for the power washing of the home there may have been some misunderstanding from the quote that was given. Maybe it was not wanted at the time. We'd be happy to review this with you.
