Best mechanic I’ve been to in NYC. Their prices are fair and they do a great job. I’ve had my car towed there multiple times, once after hours on a Sunday and they took care of it. Good with big jobs, replaced my entire clutch for a reasonable price. Friendly service, not the condescending type of shop. Highly recommend.

Great service and kind people! I was super worried because my car wouldn't start. Well, I'll start by saying that this shop is very efficient and straightforward. They tell you exactly what you need to know about the problem your car might have and how it needs to be repaired. Mr. Norman first scans the car to get a diagnosis and then explains what needs fixing. Then, the mechanic, Mr. William, works very efficiently and quickly, and he also explains what's being repaired, parts being replaced, etc. So, I can say that I recommend them and hope to return soon. I had an emergency on a Sunday when almost all the other mechanic shops are closed, and by pure luck, they were open on Sundays, so in less than two hours my car was ready. Thanks, Sunnyside Auto Repair!

First time coming to this place as I saw the high ratings and reviews in Google. I now see why. Andy and his team of mechanics were great. The day before I went to Hyundai where they did my yearly state inspection. During the inspection, I was told that I needed an HVAC cleaning, air filter change, engine wash, and some other stuff amounting to close to $2,000. When I spoke to Andy and he checked my car out, the main issue really was just the carbon and air filter. He practically told me my car was still brand new. I don’t know why the dealerships always overprice and recommend work that doesn’t really need to be done. I appreciated how honest Andy was and what really needed to be done. Thank you Andy and team. You definitely have a new customer and would continue to recommended your shop in the future.
