Customers consistently praise the carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning services for being punctual, efficient, and professional, noting that staff often arrive early and provide communication via text or email before arrival. Reviewers frequently highlight reasonable pricing, honest interactions without upselling, and the ability to revive older or stained fabrics. However, two low-star reviews criticize the company for failing to disclose a multi-room minimum requirement during initial phone calls and for defensive responses when customers expressed dissatisfaction regarding remaining stains or odors.
