Family issues caused me to get soo behind on cleaning my home, it was overwhelming. Super Shining came in and did a wonderful job. Their cleaners were professional and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by their thoroughness and efficiency. It was a 6 hour job and I am planning to do this at least yearly.

I truly can’t say enough good things about Super Shinning Cleaning! We were getting ready to list our home and had fallen behind on so many things. I reached out to several cleaning companies, and either no one answered or I never heard back. When I called Super Shinning Cleaning and explained what I needed and how quickly I needed it, they were so accommodating. They scheduled me in, showed up, and did an amazing job!
We scheduled another cleaning for the day before our listing photos, but with how crazy and busy everything was, I completely forgot to confirm the appointment. When I texted Sylviana, she kindly let me know that since I hadn’t confirmed, they weren’t scheduled to come. She told me she would call me back — and when I tell you this woman went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me, I truly mean it!
She found a way to come the very next morning and did the most magnificent job. She got everything finished just in time for our photographer! She even helped me with placement and little details throughout the house to make everything look picture-perfect.
I cannot express how grateful I am for Sylviana and her team. During such a stressful and hectic time, they made such a huge difference for me. Their kindness, reliability, hard work, and willingness to go the extra mile meant more than they know.

This is very heartbreaking for me to say the fact that I am only giving one star kind of breaks my heart.I was a client for almost 4 years.And during that time , there were a Few instances where items of mine have gotten broken. I voiced my Concern to Silvania to let her know what had happened instead of speaking to her ladies or owning up to the fact that they did break some of my property, after the third time I had voiced my concern to her, she dropped me as a client like a bad habit. This just happened today! I couldn't believe it. It very sad that because I was frustrated and let her know what had happened during those times, that instead of holding her lady's accountable , she "fired" me as a client instead. So if If you choose this cleaning service, do so at your own risk. Because if by chance some things get broken, which I understand people are human, it does happen, but the fact that She just dropped me as a client is just mind-boggling to me. I hate the fact that I have to leave a one star. But just because of this reason is why. even though some things of mine have gotten broken, I never would have left one star. Just be careful.
