I brought my vehicle in to have the blower motor replaced. Before the repair, the HVAC controls worked properly and I could switch between A/C and heat without any issues. The day after picking up my vehicle, the switch stopped working entirely. When I contacted the shop, I was told the problem was unrelated to their work. Since the issue appeared immediately after the repair, I sought a second opinion from another mechanic. After inspecting the vehicle, they informed me that a cord associated with the HVAC controls had been damaged during the process of accessing and replacing the blower motor. What was most frustrating was not just the additional repair cost, but the refusal to take any responsibility or even seriously investigate the possibility that something may have happened during the original repair. Mistakes can happen, but accountability and customer service matter. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

Your repair was completed in December 2025 and consisted of installing a blower motor and resistor that you supplied. You returned to our shop with this complaint approximately six months after the original repair—not the day after—and we still took the time to inspect the vehicle and assist you. During that visit, we got the heat and A/C functioning and explained that there appeared to be a restriction or issue deeper within the HVAC system that would require additional diagnosis in an area unrelated to the blower motor and resistor we replaced. We nevertheless offered to further investigate and help with the repair at a reduced cost. After you stated that you would leave us a negative review, we still invited you to bring the vehicle back so we could take another look and try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we never heard back. We take customer concerns seriously and believe we made every reasonable effort to assist you. We stand behind the way we handled this situation and feel it is important that the full timeline and circumstances are accurately represented.

One of the best auto repair shops I've ever been to. A team that just wants to help and is honest and quick with assistance.
I called about 10 shops trying to get a valve adjustment done, and they all refused until I tried T & D. Norman is very straight to the point and charged me what I thought was an extremely reasonable price. I even screwed up with bringing in fake parts and he took it in stride and helped me correct it. Will definitely come here for any future issues.
Came in for a quote... Norman gave me a straight forward number no upsells. Came by a week later and spoke to Josh to get differential oil change. The shop is BUSY but they were able to accommodate. I've been looking for a local shop will be returning in the future for maintenance work.
Norman and the rest of the team did an amazing job fixing up my engine! New York rats are a problem so some of my wires were chewed up, resulting in the car not running. After several weeks of trying to find time to fit in a visit, I finally was able to get a day that worked for my schedule. The car was brought in during the morning and within several hours, the engine bay was cleaned and it was running again. Price was transparent and fair and I would definitely stick with this shop as my main for any future needs if they arise.
