Customers consistently praise the company for thorough inspections, clear communication, and punctual service, noting that detailed reports with photos help identify issues in new construction and pre-purchase homes. Reviewers highlight the team's responsiveness, flexible scheduling, and ability to explain findings in an understandable manner. However, a single low-star review criticizes the inspection for missing significant electrical and HVAC defects that caused problems after the purchase.

Thank you, Steve. Glad the scheduling worked out and the report was clear. If anything on it needs a second look down the road, just call or text me.
Ricky is the best!! was very accommodating with scheduling and the report is very detailed and gave good recommendations. Would definitely recommend to others.
Thanks, Rob. That means a lot. Enjoy the house.
Had a list of over 30 deficiencies on a new build. Would hire again. I’ve walked house and didn’t see any of the things they pointed out even non obvious issues
Thank you, Sarah. New builds hide a lot behind fresh paint, and that's exactly why I go through them the way I do. Glad the list gave you something solid to hand the builder. Congratulations on the home.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ricky Ray did an amazing job inspecting our new DR Horton home! As first-time home buyers, we didn’t really know what to expect or what we should be looking for, but he made the whole process super easy and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and made sure we felt comfortable with everything before moving forward. I would definitely recommend Ricky to anyone buying a new home, especially first-time home buyers!
Thank you, Gabriella. I appreciate the review.
