Attentive and friendly staff, delightful confection assortment, generous portions, and amazing caramel apples... My favorite is Grandma's Apple Pie (caramel apple). The employee graciously offered to slice the apple for us which made it so much easier to eat and share. So yum, and Tiger Fudge also worth noting!

This is the best places for sugar-free gourmet chocolates-- essential for us diabetics. They're not shy on the nuts and variety, either. My whole family has diabetes, and they love chocolate. Everyone gets a box at Christmas from me. How lucky to have such quality sugar-free chocolate right here in Redmond!

This wonderful business is owned and operated by two amazing people. The store is very clean and well stocked. I would highly recommend for you to stop by and see for yourself. If you enjoy chocolate, or have someone special who does, the Chocolate Factory is the place to go.

Ok folks... Everybody always thinks See's Candy for Christmas or just for chocolate in general. STOP GOING OTHER PLACES!! My mother-in-law just bought 4 Cinnamon Fireball Whiskey truffles for the family. And Holy God!! They were unbelievable! The chocolate pairing with the cinnamon whiskey is next level. Just when you think the cinnamon whiskey is about to overpower the chocolate flavor, it backs off and brings in more rich chocolate flavor.
So yeah... Go check em out and be prepared to write a 5 star review afterwards.
And No... I'm not being paid/influenced to say this, I'm just supporting a local business that's killing it in ttheir wheelhouse!

I live in Texas but my family is all in Oregon. I called The Chocolate Company to see if they would/could deliver something for my mom's birthday (tomorrow). The gal on the phone said, "Heck yeah!" and then walked me through the items they have and asked what goodies my mom likes most :) Such a relief because it was so last minute and I had just spoken to another local company before this one and they wouldn't deliver, even though their site says they do. She put together a basket for me and texted me pictures. Just...super amazing service. And the basket is so cute! Thank you!! Wonderful and thoughtful customer service.
