McKenna's yoga class was so serene and relaxing. My body feels so much more flexible and my muscles are feeling more extensible now. The music was on point and the vibes were zen. She is a great instructor and I am very impressed with the atmosphere of the studio.
Amazing studio with friendly and helpful teachers for students of all abilities. For sure try it out if your looking for some open minded and welcoming people as well as a good workout!

Feb 2026 i suffered a brain injury, I was told I could never work out the way I used to or train in Muay Thai again, I was told I could only do yoga. I’ve been trying to start my journey with yoga, and I got kicked out of vasa for stepping out of the class after the instructor told me it’s OK to step out if I felt dizzy. This studio has been the best thing that I’ve discovered in my journey. I’m on day three of the free classes and I am about to sign up. I have no idea what I’m doing, but I am looking forward to being more flexible. the environment is so chill and everyone is so welcoming I like that the instructors will lower the music to accommodate the noise sensitivity. I deal with it’s unfortunate. I will only be in the country for one more year so I will definitely miss this place. Thank you guys for being so awesome if I could give 10 stars, I would.

Hunter is a wonderful human and teacher with such a great energy. Great music. Great vibes. Cues the poses well. Accommodates all levels. Even when I'm not sure I have the energy to come to a class, I ALWAYS feel better after. 10/10. 💜
