I will say i am a very particular guy when it comes to service being provided. I have nothing negative to say. The tech was on time and did a very good job cleaning my carpet. I highly recommend their service. It's all about the detail and professionalism. Thanks for answering my call on such short notice. Very good work.

Sorry for your experience sir, however our service was not poor because we did not provide you with service. We refused service as a reflection of your dishonesty. You were attempting to scam us by calling 4 rooms 3. We are not at liberty to provide you with free service, so we refused. Thank you for your time .
Please read this before you schedule an appointment with ThoroughCarpet Cleaning. TCC cleaned my furniture and damaged my chair and laminate water resistant (not water proof) flooring in May 2023…his employee obviously wasn’t trained on protecting floors while cleaning apostry, the amount of water used was extremely excessive and I brought this to his attention several times, but he continued to clean the furniture and let the water sit on the floor, I placed about “10 thick large towels” on the floor that absorbed the water in seconds and had to use cardboard boxes to protect the rest of the flooring as his employee continued to let the water stand on the floor…I couldn’t believe my eyes…I informed the owner Darrius who came to my home to view the damages and he thanked me for being understanding, acknowledged negligence, took pictures, was provided an estimate for labor and materials at a very reasonable cost and he was all for it, but then he told me he wanted a second opinion and I waited for weeks, unfortunately to be told he was actually contacting his lawyer, yes his lawyer after he acknowledged negligence and offered to make a payment for damages….after going back and forth, his lawyer informed me that he is no longer representing TCC…Darrius said he and his partner decided to end the dispute, but yet he offers me a payment arrangement that will take 10 1/2 month to pay in full and he expects me to continue living with my damaged flooring for 1 year…I didn’t accept that offer but I did make him a good offer…make 2 payments in full within 30 days and he declined the arrangement even knowing he doesn’t have a case and the fact that I said I will move forward to sue TCC for damages and additional fees will be added….I did my research and found this young black man and wanted to support his business, he had good reviews so I scheduled an appointment, my mistake…I try so hard to support black business, but we don’t always do right by our customers….I didn’t even charge for the damage done to my chair…I will keep you posted with the outcome.
