I had a trojan scare (long story) and it was 5pm. Most places were closed, except Toms. He said to come right over and looked over my laptop. The fix turned out to be simple but its one I wouldn't have thought of without him explaining it to me. Only asked for $20 for his time to look it over! I'm very grateful for his help, and highly recommend.
