Google reviewers rate Total Relaxation LLC highly, citing personalized massage and facial services that address specific physical needs. Customers frequently describe the space as clean, relaxing, and welcoming, noting the therapist's attentiveness to pressure levels and communication. While most feedback is positive, one minor criticism mentions a delayed start time, though this did not detract from the overall satisfaction with the appointment.

Rachel is AMAZING! Her space is beautiful while still being very clean. Went for a massage and opted to add on hot stones because I tweaked my side, and Rachel alleviated so much discomfort! Best in the area by far!

Rachel is a miracle worker! She has a gift for finding all the congested spots which need special attention and helping to release the muscles and tension. If you want relaxing, she can apply a gentle pressure, and if you want deep tissue, she has the strongest pressure I’ve experienced (in the best possible way!).…

The atmosphere was absolutely fabulous, relaxing, and inspiring—every detail created a peaceful experience that immediately put me at ease. The hospitality was top-tier, making me feel welcomed and cared for from start to finish. I arrived with significant back pain, and after receiving one of the most phenomenal massages I've ever had, I left feeling completely refreshed and pain-free. I loved everything about this spa so much that I gifted both of my sons massages so they could experience the same level of excellence and relaxation. That's how impressed I was! If you're looking for a place that combines amazing service, a beautiful ambiance, and truly healing treatments, this is it. I will definitely be returning very soon. Thank you for such an incredible experience!

I can’t recommend Rachel and Total Relaxation enough!!
I had such an amazing experience with Ms Rachel. She is wonderful, personable and professional. She took the time to greet me, get to know me, and ask why I was there so she could best serve me as an individual, which I really appreciated. It was such a breath of fresh air, as many businesses can feel transactional otherwise. The space is relaxing, beautifully designed, and instantly put me at ease. The massage itself was incredible, by far the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve gotten massages from several of the big chains. She definitely gained a return client in me and I will happily send anyone I know her way!
Rachel has magic hands and a wonderfully relaxing environment. I was greeted with a mimosa and Rachel's warm personality. The massage was A1. I will definitely recommend her services!!
