Positive feedback frequently cites quick service, fair pricing, and helpful communication from staff members who explain tire needs thoroughly. However, several low-star reviews describe significant issues with alignment accuracy, resulting in uneven tire wear or steering problems, along with complaints about long wait times and vehicles being damaged during handling.
