Jack called me back within an hour. He came out within 4 hours to look at my washer. Inspected and replaced valve on it in under an hour and for a decent price.
Tri County Repair was recommended to me for some repairs I needed done on my dryer. Within 24 hrs of me speaking to the gentleman- my dryer was up and running! I appreciate the fast, professional response and the reasonable rates!
I called about getting my washer fixed. Says he works in La Salle county. I live in La Salle county, but he states he doesn’t come work in my area. When we offered to pay for his gas he straight up just hung up on my mom.

Yes for 36 years we have serviced Lasalle county, but not the entire Lasalle county . now with gas as expensive as it is, we simply can’t afford to drive out of our designated areas. Even offering paying extra for gas doesn’t take into consideration the time required. After explaining it twice that it was too far, we simply did hang up rather then arguing a useless point.
