Customers frequently praise the company for punctuality, careful handling of belongings, and professional communication during residential and furniture moves. Pricing is often noted as reasonable, with some customers reporting lower final costs than quoted. However, recurring criticisms involve trucks blocking driveways or parking lanes during jobs, which leads to conflicts with neighbors, alongside isolated reports of damaged items and abrupt service termination.
