Don’t trust the online reservation system!!!
Booked a drop trailer and even prepaid for it. Showed up and they don’t have it and they “may” have one 60 miles away. They said they called but I never received a call even though I was getting text message confirming the reservation.
I have used UR a lot in the past and have always had a good experience. I don’t know if things have changed in the last 10 years since I was renting equipment recently but if you need something talk to a live person! DON’T TRUST THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM, IT WILL JUST WASTE YOUR TIME!
