Had a billing dispute and was told a manager would get a hold of me. They never called. I called back was told they would call me the next day. That was over two weeks ago. Highly disappointing customer service.

The event organizer was concerned that we could rent a generator that would be quiet enough and be cost effective. The generator worked great and the staff went "above and beyond"! I will never again use this location. We rented lift called off the lift for pickup. The driver refused to pickup the lift and claimed we parked it in someone's backyard. We told them for safety reasons due to the area we moved it to the back of the building. The driver deceptively took pictures from the street side…

Yall had equipment available when i needed it and a timely delivery to where i needed it. The equipment itself was newer and in good working condition. Just wish yall carried kubota or cat brand skid steers because of the better operating style.

I will never again use this location. We rented lift called off the lift for pickup. The driver refused to pickup the lift and claimed we parked it in someone's backyard. We told them for safety reasons due to the area we moved it to the back of the building. The driver deceptively took pictures from the street side of the house showing the unit parked in the bark behind the fence. He did not go through the front. I spoke to a manager who also claimed the gate was locked. So I simply asked her so how did they pickup the unit if the gate was locked. We have video footage. These people are dishonest people.
