Valentim cleaning was excellent! They worked with me on an ever changing schedule and were kind and professional when I had to switch the cleaning date (multiple times). As for the job itself, my house looks immaculate they really are top notch service. You cannot go wrong with Valentim cleaning

I am so impressed. This place has never sparkled like it does now after Valentim did their magic.
The housekeeping person didn’t show up on 3 occasions. I called again (hoping for different person) and a man came out walked through my house taking notes and said they’d call with a quote. I already had a quote from previous person. Never rec’d the courtesy if a phone call. Horribly run outfit.

Hi Jan, Thanks for your feedback! We actually sent you two quotes. The first time, you chose not to move forward, and the second time we visited, we left an estimate, but again, you decided not to proceed. Just a reminder, we typically don’t take jobs that only require two cleanings per year, which is the type of service you requested. You mentioned you had the cleaning service schedule, but someone never showed up to do the job. However, we didn’t schedule any services with you. You mentioned in your voicemail someone named Kegan, but we don’t have anyone with that name in our company, perharps you schedule cleaning with another cleaning company? We’ve been in business for 25 years and this is the first time we’ve had something like this happen. We just want to make sure we understand everything correctly. I hired Valentim Cleaning to clean my grandsons loft and it was a great experience from start to finish! He works long shifts and they accommodated that and came by first to go over things and give an estimate, then did a beautiful job on his place. Highly recommend!!!
