Honestly had a great experience with the gentlemen at this location! Manager Brandon, Adam & Cam took care of my oil change quickly, had a great attitude & felt like I could trust them taking care of my service! Glad I chose this location instead of the other two right in the same area.
Didnt check my tire pressure, all tires were low. Charged extra for air filter which is normally included in an oil change. Did not reset my oil change light indicator. Tried to sell me several additions and services. Seemed more like they wanted to sell me things rather than just provide me a good quality oil change
The team was very informative about what my car and their suggestions was very much appreciated. Great customer service!
Service was amazing and fast today. These young men know what they are doing. So helpful and respectful and kind . And so honest best part is that you get to stay in your vehicle. And you get to see and hear what they are actually doing. I definitely won’t go back to jiffy Lube .

Excellent service. One of the few times I had to take a car to someone else for an oil change and decided to give Valvoline Instant a try as it looked sharp and clean when I noticed it the other day. The technicians were polite and I really appreciated that they would get second opinions on things like the oil level from another technician and then proceeded to show me as well. Those little attention to detail moments displayed a high level of professionalism. There was also no pressure for replacing the air filter that probably had some life in it, but since I'm handing this car off to my daughter soon, I just had them replace it. Carson was the primary communicator with me and I believe it was Rob (I don't remember for sure) was the main tech at the front of the car. Keep up the good work guys!

Air filters are not included in the oil change service - with this service you receive up to 5 quarts of oil, a standard oil filter, and a 18-point maintenance check. Both engine and cabin air filters are separate services with different prices.
