Matt did a great job with replacing our hot water heater. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly and professionally.
Really good experience with this company. My water heater just decided to fail after 22 years of faithful service. I scheduled 4 estimates and only water heater pros with the help of Brenda on the phone educated me on my ability to use a SMUD rebate program to save money while switching from a gas unit to a electric hybrid model. She explained everything in great detail prior to the in person estimate. I believe it was the owner of the company that came out to provide the estimate and it was a no pressure affair. Bobby came out to do the installation and did a great job, it's a very nice and good looking install. he explained how to operate the unit after the install and left the garage clean. He was personable and professional. The estimate was exactly what I paid and it cost 300 dollars less than the cheapest 1 to 1 gas replacement. It really sucks when your hot water tank fails, but it helps when people explain everything and do a good job when replacing it.
Steve and Carlisle are awesome with excellent customer service, professional knowledge, and fair price replacing my gas water heater with a heat pump. They took care of all the SUMD rebate paperwork for my family making the transition easy. Highly recommended.
Had an excellent experience with the diagnostics and replacement of our gas tankless water heater. Super helpful in explaining all the mechanics behind our problem and why they preferred this product including its safety features and warranties. They even guarantee their labor for 3 years which is certainly beyond most all industry standards from what we saw. Bobby was our main technician and he did a fabulous job! Definitely glad we went with Water Heater Pros! Thanks again guys!
We had such a great experience with Water Heater Pros from beginning to end. From the very first phone call, I already felt comfortable with the company. The person I spoke with was very professional, patient, and helpful. Since we were replacing our 23-year-old gas water heater, I had a lot of questions, and they were able to give me useful information right away. Steven was also wonderful to work with. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, and sent us several options so we could really compare and decide what was best for our home and budget. I never felt pressured. On installation day, Alberto came with the team and did a great job. We also had two other team members working on upgrading our electrical panel, and everyone was professional, respectful, and efficient. What really impressed me is that they truly mean it when they say they can install your water heater as soon as the next day! Everything happened so quickly and smoothly. It’s not often that you find a company where the experience is good from the first phone call all the way through the installation. We’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Water Heater Pros to anyone needing a water heater replacement. Thank you to Steven, Alberto, and the whole team!
We had a new heat pump water heater installed. Carlisle did a great job and was very kind. Thank you!
