Really great value here. I’ve been coming here for over a decade and expect to continue to be a recurring customer. The tub rooms are always very well cleaned and maintained. My massage experiences have always been good as well.

Horrible booking experience. A very rude receptionist greeted me. I did not get her name. I was calling to book for a special event with my best friend but she wouldn’t assist and hung up on me after a conversation about all my booking preferences. I don’t even know what happened but she snortily said “okay byeeee”…
Had a fantastic time in the One Pine hot tub room. Reasonably priced for the high quality space and swedish massages. Jenny and Daniel were excellent therapists would definitely recommend! Perfect for a date day!
I just had my first experience here and it was amazing. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. After they checked me in and went over everything. They took me to my room. The room was exceptionally clean. Everything I needed was there and available and I didn’t need half the things I brought which is very good…

I booked a hot tub room for one and chose the room with a steam room, shower and cold plunge as well. The room had a skylight so it didn’t feel cramped inside at all. When my one-hour was up, I was reluctant to leave. Which is something to consider for me next time. Needless to say, I enjoyed it. I went on a weekday so I luckily found a vacant street parking spot, and didn’t have to walk far from my car to the spa. I don’t know if there are parkings on weekends, so make sure to check around the map for those if anyone decides to go.

Loved the idea of this place. Drove 2+ hours for a couples massage and a private hot tub room for my fiancé’s birthday. When I arrived, I was told that it was not booked together as a couples massage and they could not accommodate what I asked for. The receptionist that helped me even said that it was notated that I did not have a problem with us not being in the same room, I told her I don’t have a problem that they can’t accommodate me because at this point I already drove and was there, but I do have a problem with being told I said something I did not. I could have booked online but I called and spoke to someone directly specifically requesting a couples massage over the phone as this was my first time here and I did my research. I was only asked if I had a preference in male or female masseurs. Overpriced and wasn’t even given what I asked or wanted. Weird vibe and I felt like me and my fiancé didn’t necessarily fit the profile for this place and was treated accordingly but I did enjoy the 6 dragonflies room. Wasn’t brought to the room on time to enjoy a full 60 minutes, as well as the massage was not a consistent 60 minutes. I had really high hopes but was very disappointed and embarrassed for my fiances birthday.

Great and clean private tub rooms, we felt so relaxed. We went twice. Staff and booking process is subpar. Could improve: Staff is not the kindest, most accommodating or helpful, we go back for the amenities for now despite the service not being at par with what we'd expect. For example, previous group that used the spa room were late leaving, which caused us to be able to access the tub room 15mins late, we were quite surprised we had to ask and insist our exit time was adjust so we had a full 60mins in the tub room despite the delay that was not on our part. It felt like we were not very welcome to use a private shower space after the tub room, staff said we could but was making it sound complicated so we just didn't push that further. Booking the tub rooms is also made unnecessarily complicated, with staff making it sound like we are bothering them when we call to make a reservation.

I’ve been coming to watercourse on and off for a couple of years now but this year I have visited a little bit more frequent. I truly love this place, I have gotten a variety of services from massages to body wraps. I feel every technician does amazing however, being in the wellness community myself I tend to get a little picky with the styles I like. So I had to come on here and rave about SETH, I have never met anyone who matches my vibe with the style and technique of massage he does. I have to say hands down one of the best therapist I’ve seen and I’ve been getting massages for 15 years. I’ve been dealing with a lot of neck pain and got 2 massages back to back and nothing was helping but just last night I went and did a 90 min session with Seth and this morning I woke up a brand new woman !! Thank you so much for the magic hands! True angel in the wellness community 🙏🏼
