We Yoga is a fun, centrally located studio in the heart of Sandpoint. It’s upstairs in an old brick building that was converted to a loft apartment. There are plenty of props, showers and rental mats. This studio offers a great selection of classes 7 days a week.
I have been a member for over 2 1/2 yrs. I highly recommend this studio!

WE studio gave me the grounding I didn’t know I needed! I started going for heath and movement but now recognize I needed it for meditation and slowing my mind down. It just helps me have a better day and thus life!
When I tell friends about WE I usually emphasize the availability of so many classes. Depending on what my schedule looks like, I will hit a morning class, midday class or evening class. I absolutely love the flexibility!!
All of the instructors are top-notch so you’ll never be disappointed! You can tell the instructors put a lot of effort into each one their classes! From the moves and the music to the way they direct and lead! The community as a whole is kind, welcoming, friendly, and encouraging!
There’s a reason they have over 50 five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️reviews!
The space is kept extremely clean. There are rental yoga mats if you have a guest or you’re traveling.
A few of my favorite things are, looking out the windows at the mountains. A cold tightly rolled eucalyptus towel placed in the corner of my mat by the instructor after every class, regardless of what the class is. A complementary bubbly water in numerous flavors to grab on my way out the door!
They often have specialty workshops each month. You can join to perfect skills or try something new!

This studio has been a soft place to land during a season of grief and just what my heart has been craving.
The vaulted ceilings and mountain-facing windows that let the light pour in sets the tone. There’s a team of an amazing instructors that each offer their unique talents.
When I brought my son to a barre class we were informed he was the first male to attend, that made us laugh and he said with a smile he was happy to pave the way. Such a sweet memory.
The complimentary bubble water and the cold eucalyptus towels at the end are the perfect finishing touch. Thoughtful. Restorative. Exactly the place I want to be. Beyond grateful for WE 🤍
