We have never had any issue with the work or timeliness of the work done by this company. But this time we had to comment about their lack of professionalism. My mother is selling her house and is not currently residing in it. A septic issue arose, that Wind River was able to give us options and fixed the issue. That was on 05/22/26. Our real estate agent went back a few days later and found a gaping hole in the lawn, where the company had failed to fill in the area they had excavated to access the septic tank. Many repeated e-mails and phone calls and all we have gotten is a promise to come back "in a few days" to fix the hole. We are going on the third week now, with nothing done and no communications from the company. What makes it harder is that they know we are not there, so they obviously don't care. Would not recommend.
