Savanna groomed my dog today for mobile grooming. It was fantastic! She is 13 years old and shakes a lot after grooming sessions elsewhere. She didn’t shake at all. Savanna was so gentle and good with Momo. She was groomed so well and she feels so soft now. The convenience of it is wonderful and great communication. Marissa was great to communicate with and set up appointments. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I’ve been a happy client of WisePup for nearly 5 years and they’ve consistently performed excellent grooming services for Bear, my Sheepadoodle. Bear is a very neurotic pup but he’s always reacted sweetly to each of the 3 WisePup groomers I’ve used. The convenience of using this mobile service is wonderful and I always trust them to be professional, kind, and efficient. Not to mention that Bear is 100% clean, trimmed, and very handsome when they finish! I highly recommend WisePup!

What an amazing business!! I have huskies, and the DRAMA is real when it comes to baths & grooming 😬 When it's time for a groom, that means I load up the dogs in the car, while fur tumble weeds fly all over the place, and dogs howling alllllllllll the way to the groomer.... they be knowing 😅 AFTER EXPERIENCING a groom from Wisepup, I now know that grooming doesn't have to be a pain. We had a great experience. They literally pull up in a problem-solver-on-wheels, and get the job done right. It's great! Communication: The scheduling was easy, and the owner truly showed care through her process by getting to know my dogs on a personal level; the form asks good questions! I received text message confirmation, reminders, and ETA for my appointment. The level that this business operates on, as far as communication goes, is elite. Service: The groomer I was scheduled with was prompt, kind, gentle, and did a wonderful job on my *dramatic* husky. He cries the whole time no matter what 😅 She was able to get the job done in a sensitive manner and he was content after it was done! I was impressed. The price was very reasonable, and I cannot express enough that the convenience is unmatched. They come to you! My dog was happy, clean, & smelled wonderful. If you have a dog that isn't a fan of grooming or car rides to places like vet/grooming, give this one a try!

Frustrating, poor communication​, and unprofessional. I was an established client and had both of my dogs groomed by Grace for a few years. I would have said it was expensive but worth it as I have a dog who is anxious with a typical grooming set up. When I was notified that Grace was moving away I requested to schedule with another groomer and was told there was a wait-list. This was over 16 months ago. I have never been updated on the status of wait-list or given an appointment option for something far in the future. One time (I reached out after not hearing anything back for 7 months) I was given a possible appointment time next day but would have needed to allow someone neither I nor my dogs have ever met enter my house and take my dogs on a day I had to work. Since then I've reached out asking about the status of the "wait-list" and been told they are still waiting to add staff. It is hard to believe they really couldn't offer an established client a single appointment with more than a days notice in the last year and a half.

We haven’t had good experiences getting our two larger dogs groomed…. Until we found WisePup! Grace was so great with both dogs. She was even able to trim their nails which is usually impossible! They were patient and kind. She communicated the whole time and it was an all around great experience! We would recommend to anyone!

Grace was absolutely amazing with my pomeranian. They were able to get me in on short notice and made my doggie feel special and comfortable. Marissa's communication and facilitation of the appointment was easy and she followed up to see how we liked the service. I'd give 10 stars if I could! Plus they took a valentine photo of her that just makes my heart melt.

WisePup is hands down the best grooming service I have ever had! My three dogs are usually very anxious - and dread getting groomed. After the 2nd time of WisePup coming to our house, I can just let my dog out the door and she goes right to them. The grooming is always phenomenal - and very efficient. Their communication throughout the booking, coming up to the appointment, and during/after the appointment is awesome as well. On top of the experience for my dogs being great, their customer service is over the top. The first time they ever came out it was during a snow storm. I let them know we could reschedule but they made us a priority! Another time we booked during the week and one of the workers was sick, but they still made it a priority to fit me in that weekend. There are not enough words to describe how much my pups & I love WisePup!
