Albert, the technician diagnosed the problem very quickly and worked diligently to finish and left everything very clean. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him and use him again.
I called for a same-day appointment and the technician (Denis) arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient to answer all of my questions. Following his diagnostic, he took the time to show me the trouble areas affecting my dryer before making his recommendation. He cleaned the area before completing the repair and left things exactly how he found them. I will recommend A11 to family and friends for service!

He promptly provide a quote for the repair which we approved. He went ahead and ordered the parts. He return the following friday to perform the repair and we had working refrigerator again!
