Todd was the plumber who showed up, and he did not disappoint. In this day and age, everything is always about the up-sell. But Todd sold me on an idea that could save me alot of money. Unfortunately due to the state of the hardware on my tub, it ended up that we couldn't go that route in the end, but I was really amazed that he was looking out for us like that. I can 100% recommend Bedford, and I'm glad I now know who to call next time I have a plumbing issue. 10/10

Matt was the only plumber that called me back on the weekend and we made an appointment for Monday. When he was running late due to customers before me, he let me know a new time frame and showed up promptly. Friendly service, good problem solving, great communication, took time to explain and show me the problem with my sump pump discharge. Got everything fixed and tested before leaving. Considerate when digging and left the top layer or grass to grow back in.

We had a technician come out after hours to fix a leaky pipe. Scheduling was easy, we sent our address and they had someone at our home in 30 minutes. Luckily, it was an easy fix and there were able to resolve our issue quickly. The technician was polite, explained everything to us, completed his work quickly, and cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend.
