We first called another pool service, but they shared very little, took a water sample, and then never followed up. Blue Science Pool Cleaning Service recently started handling our weekly pool cleaning and maintenance, and we are extremely happy with the service. I only wish we had made the switch sooner. The customer service has been excellent, and the team took time to walk me through the full pool system, including the pump, filter, and circulation setup, while answering all of my questions in a simple and helpful way. After dealing with problems from a few other pool service companies for a long time, it was a relief to finally get clear advice, honest recommendations, and real solutions. They helped us understand what needed attention and guided us through a major pool equipment upgrade that was completed on time, stayed within budget, and was done professionally. In Jacksonville, where pools get heavy use in the heat, it is great to have a dependable pool cleaning service that keeps the water balanced, the equipment running right, and the whole pool looking its best. Everything has been smooth, reliable, and easy, and I truly wish more service companies worked this well.

I needed to get my pool equipment checked because the pump stopped working and the circulation system was down. Blue Science Pool Cleaning Service responded within a day of my first call, which was a big help in the Florida heat when pool equipment needs quick attention. Jamie inspected the pool pump issue, explained the problem clearly, gave me a fair repair estimate, and scheduled the service without delay. The whole process was smooth, professional, and easy. The service was fast and courteous both over the phone and at my home. Jamie was professional, friendly, and easy to talk with, which made the repair visit even better. Anthony also did a great job setting up the appointment and answering my questions about the pool equipment and repair process. The pricing was fair, the work was handled well, and they clearly stand behind their pool service. I would highly recommend them for pool cleaning, equipment repair, and dependable pool care. They have definitely become my go-to pool service team.

I’ve worked with Geoffrey on pool cleaning and routine pool maintenance for quite a while, and he has always been dependable and hardworking. He takes the time to keep pools clean, balanced, and well cared for, and he does not cut corners. In the Florida heat, it really helps to have someone who stays on top of water chemistry, skimming, brushing, and regular service. If you need reliable pool service and ongoing maintenance, he is a great choice.
