Really friendly and knowledgeable, had him do a Pre-Inspection on my home to ensure it’s ready for selling next year. Wanted to really look at the HVAC or Roof and get his honest opinion on which would be more vital to repair now and he gave good insight. Full report was helpful to know what might show up during a buyers inspection so we aren’t surprised.

James, and the whole Bridgetown Inspectors crew, did a great job. He showed up on time, in a marked Bridgetown truck, in a BridgeTown uniform, and got right to the job. He answered questions through out. Once completed he explained his methods and talked over the intricacies of the report that I would receive the next day. He hit the high points with me, walking me around the property, and fielded all questions I had. The next day, our completed report showed up like an hour earlier than expected and since he'd explained how to read the report it made sense and was easily digestible. I'd definitely recommend them and work with them again.

Update: James says he is happy to help and he clearly is. I had a question come up more than 2 weeks after receiving our inspection report. On very short notice, James met with us to give his advice on how best to understand and address the situation. His care and thoroughness has extended beyond the terms of service. I would gladly do business with him again. Originally review: I have had 3 different property inspections done by three different companies and Bridgetown Inspections was by far the best and most thorough. What I most appreciated was that James met with us afterwards to walk through the report and answer our questions. He did not rush us and spent a considerable amount of time explaining the situation and solutions.
