I used my GROK AI to find this EDService Appliance Repair company. They said it held a 5-star review rating. I was extremely pleased with this service technician! He promised to meet me at 8am, on his first call this morning. He was here by 8am. I was promised that the $65 diagnostic review would be applied to the the final bill. He went through the diagnostics to identify the problem with my washing machine and said I needed a new circuit board at a cost of about $400. He suggested that I should consider buying a new unit since this washer was over 12 years old. My final bill was the $65 as originally stated.
My technician, Egor, was simply the best!!!
I have used other appliance and home repair companies in the past. My previous two experiences were for an AC condensation lined being cleared at a cost of about $340, and separately for a refrigerator ice maker that had frozen solid, requiring a thawing of the clog. That one cost around $300. Neither required additional parts and the technicians were here for less than an hour.
