The lady helping me with 20 years experience, forgot one of my W-2's, the "system" duplicated my dependents, and then she called tech support that said everything was fine on their end. Obviously my money is no good here. Have to say, I won't be going…

Its been easier than doing it technologically stupid to the self core. Even if problems occur everything will never change or begin to see the difference between perspectives blind eyes that walk by sights instead of by faith.

This has been a pretty disappointing experience. I filed my taxes only to find out 3 weeks later, when I called for an update, that my tax lady put in the wrong ein and it was rejected. I was never notified of this.. I had a new lady resubmit with the correct ein, and haven't heard anything in the last couple of weeks. They have ridiculous hours in the off season and it's hard to get a hold of anyone. The communication has been poor this whole process. I won't be using them again next year. Don't recommend 👎

I finally thanked her for her help and said I would use turbo tax or anything else.
